Inaccurate, incontactable and full of errors

It's almost impossible to open a bank account with this company. I received an error code when signing up and the phone number the app gave me put me through to Brittany Ferries who said they had received lots of these calls! How can you trust a company with your money when they can't get the important details right. The support chat in the app constantly crashes before you can type a message. Terrible bank. Secure, supportive and rewarding

This bank has been brilliant over the last year that I have had an account. It's so easy to manage through the app, you get great rewards via the roundup function with 5% interest rate, the savings accounts are great too and when I recently bought a car from my current account I felt reassured by how thorough the company were in checking that I had meant to transfer a large sum of money.
