Efficient friendly bank

I have both current and savings accounts with Chase, where they offer favourable rates much earlier than uk banks and operate with great efficiency. Their customer service is prompt and you get to speak to a human immediately, brilliant! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, in fact I do to family and friends regularly!
