Amazing user experience for the products they provide.

Amazing user experience for the products they provide. The Chase service is all based around the app and as you can imagine the app is easy to use, clear and seamless. Transactions and notifications are immediate meaning you have full control over your account. Its refreshing and old bricks and mortar banks have a lot to learn, particularly when making payments and the delays they "artificially" build in for their financial benefit! Superb Online Bank

Setting up Aa new Chase account took less than 30mins from start and the verification process and setup completed within a few hours - all online. The services are fantastic, easy to use via a phone app and transaction history and activity is instant. It’s a refreshing banking experience without the usual nonsense traditional banks make customers go through. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
