Excellent Customer Service and Easy to Use

I've been using Chase since 2022 and have found the app easy to use and their customer service is excellent. I've had a couple of issues, largely with payments and there is never a delay in speaking to anyone. The team are efficient and knowledgeable, and I am always confident they understand my issue and can resolve. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
