1% CASHBACK and the easiest customer service experience/chat bot

Seamless experience. The 1%t cashback has been an absolute game changer. As for the Customer Service, that chat bot is probably the best chatbot I’ve ever dealt with. A real human on the other side. So much better than Revolut, who reckons they are doing you a favour… Or were still Curve, who aren’t strictly a bank. They regularly keep up-to-date with interest rates and the savings accounts aren’t too bad Just an overall pleasant app/bank to deal with. A completely branchless experience which is ideal, however, I’m aware that this may not be great for other customer profiles. It’s a shame the 1% cashback is only for a year, so I do understand they will be continuing with that offer, if you load £500 monthly into that current account. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
