Utterly Trustworthy Bank

Banked with UTB over the years. When you need help you actually talk to a real person! The phone is answered quickly and your query dealt with professionally. In addition secure messaging is dealt with promptly if you prefer this Comms method. Interest rates are competitive and maturity instructions are always carried out without an issue. My Favourite Bank

From opening my account to using the app everything just works as it should. Chase also provide cashback on purchases and a decent easy access interest rate. Unusual money transfers are held pending a chat with the bank staff - feel protected by this bank. Oh and the customer service is second to none - you actually talk to a human that wants to help you.
