I have been with Chase Bank almost since it first started operating in the UK. I love the Cashback and Roundup features on the current account. Also when my online card was hacked they very quickly resolved the matter for me plus they immediately. Cancelled my online card and gace me a new one more or less instantly. Very efficient and helpful bank

I have found them to be a very efficient and helpful bank with excellent customer services (with real people) if one is required to contact them. I also love that my bank cards can be frozen online when not in use. This gives great peace of mind that one’s account cannot be hacked. Their savings interest rates are competitive and the 1% cash back on all spending on one’s current account in the 1st year has been great too. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
