Unmatched communication, service and ease of use!

Excellent interest rates , the ability to open multiple pots (with high interest) at a touch of a finger . I only wish they’d appeared in the UK much sooner. Considering they are an online bank, their clear communication and ease of use is unmatched by any high street bank I’ve used in the past ! Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Refreshing change

Finally, a bank that feels like it’s on the side of the people. Everything about chase so far has been the next level up from my previous banks (that I’d been with for 20+ years). They’ve made banking so much easier for me, and their customer service is outstanding. I Can’t wait for more services and kids accounts to become available here in the UK. I’m so glad I found you !
