Very good to use andf never had a problem.

I have spoken to customer service by phone and my experience was excellent. App is great and really easy to use. Their easy access savings rate was very good when i joined but has slipped slightly in recent months. I have already recommended to a family member who just as delighted as me. Senior online banker

As a senior citizen I was very apprehensive about joining an app only bank. I need not have worried, everything is so easy to negotiate. Also, I have an added bonus of an excellent rate easy access savings account running alongside my current one. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
