Great instant access savings accounts.

I've been very impressed by the interest rate on their instant access savings accounts. The current account comes with an incentive to use it because it pays 1% on purchases. And finally, the round up when spending is a really simple way of saving some extra money, and with interest. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Superb customer service every time.

Whenever I have had a query about my account or need advice on how to access specific services, the person answering my question has responded quickly, and has either answered my query immediately, or has provided a step by step response on how to set up direct debits, standing orders etc. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Chase is amazing!

I've been a customer for a year now, and can honestly say that I've had no problems with Chase. I was particularly pleased with how seamless it was to use my card in Australia, and with no fees or charges for using my card abroad. The whole Chase experience has been so simple to use, and I happily recommend the bank to my friends. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
