Help when needed most.

I have been unfortunate to have had my card cloned, and Chase were fantastic. They reassured me that it was nothing that I had done wrong and swiftly refunded the sums back into my account. Chase messaged me to tell me of suspicious activity on my account and after security protocols, they soon had the money back where it back where it belonged. Great Bank

I initially joined Chase after hearing a cute ad on the radio but am so pleased I did. I travel abroad a lot and the no foreign exchange fee is a real benefit. I also find the cashback a boon and am now so pleased it is being extended for another year. I had occasion to call the bank to query a transaction and the gentleman could not have been more helpful.
