I have had exceptional service from Chase Bank. Good, easy to learn software, questions answered quickly, no need to spend hours on the phone but easy access for any questions I have. Apart from good service, good interest rates too. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

A Terrific Bank

I get interest on my current account. I can transfer money instantaneously to my current account from my savings account. It is very easy to use their app. They answer the phone immediately, rather than having to wait for hours like so many banks. It offers a service that all banks should offer, but unfortunately do not. A great bank. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

My nephew suggested I open a Chase account. Having had the same old account for years, I was going to ignore him as I am not a great one for change. One quiet afternoon I decided to ‘give it a go’ and I could not believe how easy it was to open an account. I actually had an account that afternoon with none of the normal hassle. I hate learning new software, as most is not very intuitive. Chase was so easy to learn. I did it with no notes from anywhere. I have had to phone a couple of times and there is no waiting in a queue for hours, but the phone is answered quickly by friendly, articulate staff. I am a true convert and was extolling its virtues to an accountant friend. His reply was ‘that is how a modern bank should be’. Why have I put up with the ‘old way’ of working from banks for so long?
