So far so good

I put neutral to the last 2 questions as I have never had to contact customer services and I have not had my account long enough to know if it is value for money or not. But, so far so good. Not 1 complaint about anything so far. Reviewed on: 13th June 2026

Easy Peasy

My favourite part of Chase is the notifications before a scheduled payment is due. I'm always forgetting what's coming out when and with Chase I am notified in advance. The app is easy to navigate around and the idea of no details on your actual card is a bonus. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
