Discounts are acceptable, let down by response to problems.

If their ‘security’ suspects a breach, they ‘block’ your account, stop paying direct debits - and don’t even tell you!. Sorting it out becomes a major problem, and your credit rating takes a shock. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Secure, and easy to use.

As a disabled 90 year old I was unsure about the jump to modern technology. However I was impressed by how easy it was to join, and use. I even started to use my mobile to pay for things in shops - something I had never dared to do before. Would not want to be without it now! Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
