Better than my highstreet bank

I was a little nervous about opening an account with Chase at first, until I realised who they actually were. Since then I have never been happier. I had to call them for something, response time was approximately 2 minutes whereas my highsteet bank was 40 minutes for the same thing. Accounts are so much easier to manage.
