Good but lacking in support

I have found tide to be great - i love the app and not they have real IBN etc it is as good as any bank. But, the one thing thats missing is the support. If you have a business manager at a big bank they can help you if you have issues with payments or customer payments. Tide support are fairly inflexible. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
