Reliable App, sensible security, intuitive banking. Have never been stuck in a phone or Chat queue, never had issues about failed login details or missing OTPs. It just works. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Just One Thing Missing

Brilliant App, lots of functions, really user-friendly, interest and/or Cashback on everything. Chase doesn’t accept cash deposits though, so one star lost. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
