Review of the Kroo, App:

Simple and safe

As an autistic adult I (generally) find banking apps a maze to navigate and used to rely on the assurance of being able to go into a high street branch. Kroo changed this. Their app is far from intimidating, clear and easy to use. I’m converted! Thankfully I haven’t had to use their customer service yet, but that’s another good sign as I was previously often attempting to gain support via banking apps messengers and ‘robot’ services which mostly ended in frustrations, more confusion the having to call and wait to talk to a real person. 10/10 for Kroo.
