I have found the transfers very quick and easy both between Chase accounts and to other banks. I like the 1% cash back and the round up account earning 5%. Excellent for overseas spending with low charges, good exchange rates and I had no problem using it in Mexico. Only downside I know of is I cannot use desktop computer to manage account.
