Review of the Tide, Business Banking:

Simple, logical business banking

I feel like Tide was the last push in the direction of finally setting up my freelance business after so much contemplation and self-doubt. I always felt intimidated but also kept making excuses not to take the leap of faith. I was afraid of the complex and difficult to understand world of business banking but Tide’s clean and straightforward UI and friendly support team helped me ease up in these regards. The UX is very streamlined and efficient. The UI is clean, user friendly, minimalistic. I love the categorisation tool and the invoice/receipt importer. The customer assistance was great when setting up and having to go through the little set up chat. Very friendly, patient and helpful, which made me feel welcome as a first timer. The £75 referral bonus came handy too, even though I totally forgot about it. A very pleasant surprise I would definitely recommend Tide for new sole traders and small business for its ease of use and navigation. I even recommended it to my borderline technophobic MIL who has a little kintwear shop. All my friends with day jobs but great side hustle aspirations checked the app out and asked me to show them how it works. The best thing however is the invoice generator.
