Plain and Simple App to operate.

New to the UK banking scene but very much an established bank in US. Straightforward operation of the banking app with new features being added regularly. Bonus o cash back on spending, now being transferred to credit interest on a current account. Very 1980s/1990s but at the same time revolutionary in the 2020s. Nice one Chase.
