Spoiled by irrational security checks

Were very good when joined few years ago and now spoiled by irrational security and anti-money laundering messages that show their systems and staff don't look at the information they already have and not suited to real world customer usage. Friends, family and colleagues also having same experiences and very disappointing as we all recommended Starling when we originally joined. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023

Simple and rewarding

Been a customer for the last year and very happy, all works, great foreign exchange rates when travelling plus 1% cash back. Also, use the savings account and Chase properly increase the interest rates. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023
