Even better than the TV ad

I was tempted away from my long-term relationship with my previous bank by the promise of Cashback on daily spending. Having made the switch, I’ll never go back. The app is super-intuitive and the real-time spending updates make managing my current account a doddle. The Chat function with real, (yes - Real) people is a joy. If I’ve ever been concerned about a transaction, it has been investigated and often refunded immediately. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with Chase. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I just love my Chase experience.

I just love my Chase experience. The app makes it a cinch to check how my savings are doing and allows me to quickly move money around between my different savings pots. These pots also help me save for different things (like a special present for my wife’s upcoming birthday). Chase’s interest rate is generous and I enjoy moving my monthly interest from my pots into a separate one so I can see how much my money had made. I really can’t fault Chase and am so happy I made the switch from my previous bank whom I’d been with for most of my life. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Banking for the 21st century

This is banking as it should be. Intuitive and powerful app, real time transaction confirmations, strong yet simple security and an account which feels tailored to my lifestyle. All this coupled with fantastic Customer Service. So glad I switched to Chase. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023
