A bank it is possibly to communicate easily with!

I recently had a problem with a travel company that was adamant they had refunded my deposit but it never reached my current account. The company was very reluctant to help look into it further so I messaged CHASE customer services who were most helpful and initiated a ‘Chargeback’ process. Soon afterwards the refund landed into my account. Impressive! Reviewed on: 19th March 2023
