I joined Lloyds Bank because of its customer service...

I joined Lloyds Bank because of its customer service and the support received. I've been with them for years, and in the interim, the customer service and support received went down to very poor, forget proactive it was promising a lot and delivering nothing that was promised. It's terrible, but once trust is broken... Lloyds is a great bank, its app is efficient, and the incentives are great. It's a pity the support and incentivisation is not customer-led and centric. ...
