Helpfull staff, individual approach, quick response, card printing on site

I have open account since April 2019 and after some time I was thinking about changing to Barclays as my company uses it. Never done it eventually. Staff working in the Metro Bank is very professional and helpful. Once I was down all day due to personal reasons and just wanted to get new card printed out. One of the workers actually noticed that grimmer on my face and asked if he can help in any other way. We talked for a bit while waiting and it helped a bit. Never, ever got the same approach in any other banks. When calling bank due to card activation/contactless payment, everything was sorted in under 3 minutes. That's unbelievable!
