Expect to spend weeks on the phone trying to resolve simple issues with complaints shelved for months. Calls with agent after agent repeating yourself, conflicting answers, underwriters that appear to have no contact details etc. Avoid like the plague.

Unable to login for days to my account. Finally the app works and my balance has disappeared. No history of transactions. No money. No one available to talk to - just answer machine. No response to emails and messages. Looks like a scam where they steal your money.
