Something fresh, new & user-friendly

I was sceptical about opening an account with an “American“ bank (this is buggy!), after being with Barclays for over 40 years.. but they were treating me less and less like a “Premier” customer that I was supposed to be. I’ve loved everything about Chase so far... except that they won’t give me a free overdraft, or a facility to go over for a direct debit or something, and would rather refuse it. Not good, as I’m renting my sewing space from the local council! Reviewed on: 20th March 2023
