Great customer service

Was worried about opening a new account with an online bank but Chase has been a great experience. I had a problem with my pin one day and I contacted Chase and the lady I chatted to was lovely and had it all sorted for me in about 5 minutes. Thankyou. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Simple!

I was a bit reluctant to put my money into a bank I had never heard of about a year ago, but I took some advice and deposited some money into Chase.
