Very disappointed

I am extremely unhappy with their service. I have opened retailer account and already paid about £1500 including set-up and monthly payments which was a waste of money. Recently I went for holidays and also changed my phone number. After I came back from holidays I got shock - my account was suspended as I did not send some document for a compliance check. Their response was: you need to read Terms and Conditions better as you were late to do this and we did not hear back from you. How could you hear back from me if I changed my phone number and I was away or busy the whole time? The people on the phone are very rude, they always talk over when you call them and they only care about your money. So about £1500 is wasted and suspended account they do not allow to re-open.
