Good bank with low bank fee, not the best customer service

In general the bank it’s okay, the fees are okay, my biggest complaint is the customer service. Deal with the chat is terrible, you have to wait for ages to speak with an agent. The phone number for the customer service is never available, in the voice mail is not all the necessary options to help. If you have a problem in the middle of the night you are stuck as no one can help you. You have to wait until the next day to try to sort it out. Reviewed on: 21st March 2023
