Metro Bank excel everywhere

I have been a proud Metro Bank customer for some years now, and one thing that makes them stand out from the crowd is there consistently excellent customer service in branch, and that's been a constant in each different Metro Bank branch I have used. Nothing is too much trouble, and compared to the bigger named UK clearing banks where I have been a customer in the past, I am delighted with Metro Bank. The Metro Bank App is so easy to use and navigate around it's child's play, and if I can use it seamlessly, anyone can. I am delighted that when I need to make a foreign IBAN Transfer, that I can phone Metro Bank Customer Services and they will do it on the phone, saving me valuable time. Metro Bank customer service calls are superb and my calls to them are usually answered quickly and efficiently. I have recommended Metro Bank to a number of family and friends, I feel that Metro Bank out performs any of the usual High Street Banks effortlessly by providing better service levels and it makes banking with them a pleasure.
