Great bank, friendly and helpful customer service

I’ve banked with First Direct for a while, and only have positive things to say about them. They’re very helpful, quick to answer the call (no automated options, which is brilliant). On the one occasion where a mistake was made, they rectified it immediately whilst I was on the phone - it gave me great peace of mind and confidence that I’m with the right bank. Great for beginners!

I was nervous dipping my toe into investing, but the time was right for me. Getting started was easy, and all the info on the different ETF’s was at my fingertips, so I could do my research and choose the ones right for me. Great range of funds available, really simple to use, and the DIY option is a good way of starting to save. Love it! Reviewed on: 21st March 2023
