Very good experience with Chip

Enjoyed being with Chip since it came out. Have shares on the business and like the app. Spoken to customer service a few times via the chat and always had any issue answered quickly. Like the instant access account, I do believe however the interest rates have dropped to being average, the higher rates was what initially attracted me. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

I like the Chip app and the multiple ways to save.

I like the Chip app and the multiple ways to save. I have been a member since the outset and hold some shares. However I find it difficult sometimes to find a way to talk to customer services, I do not enjoy the drop down box experience as often the answer does not really cover what I am after. Overall my experience with Chip has been fantastic and positive. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025
