Review of the Charter Savings Bank, Notice Account:

Cannot be trusted

Received an e-mail from Charter saying that the interest rate on my 60 day notice account had been reduced with immediate effect. No opportunity to withdraw my savings without penalty and no notice period so I am out of pocket. Gave notice to close my account as I cannot do business with a bank that would do this. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2016
