Excellent service

The customer care by Truodos is brilliant. The assistanants are accessible, helpful, friendly and reliable. They never make me feel that I am a nuisance. In the fast pace world we live in it is wonderful to find an organisation where the staff treat customers with respect and patience. They give a prompt response. They always do what they say they are going to do and call back to check that a problem has been solved. I am so glad that I have transferred to a bank that really cares about its customers. Ethical investments - money for good causes

I am very happy that I have been able to invest in a cash ISA knowing that my money will not damage the climate and will be used ethically. It gives me peace of mind. I know that my grandchildren will know that I was on the right side of history by leaving another bank to seek a more ethical one.
