Access to my current account was stopped

Access to my current account was stopped twice within 6 weeks due to security concerns. Which meant I could not purchase food for the evening twice I had to go Hungary despite having a balance of 5 figures. I was stopped from cancelling a direct debit the day before it was due to be paid. Just instructed to talk to the person the Direct debit was paid to. No mention of the direct debit guarantee scheme. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023
