I left another bank (that claimed to be ethical) when they closed their local branch. I have never looked back. Metro’s hours suit us. We never have to wait in store and if we can’t get the help we need online we just go down there and they sort it out there and then in an always friendly manner. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023
