High ethical standard with good support

I can usually get help by phone easily, but the way the Triodos website is arranged, I raely need it. I feel completely confident of the ethical values behind the choice of investments Triodos uses my money to support. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Not Greenwashing. They Mean It.

I have never before been convinced of a bank's ethical credentials. Previously I have regarded banks as rather like shops which have a minority of items labelled 'fair trade' leaving you to wonder whether all the rest is 'unfair trade' - so, in most banks some investment funds are 'ethical' leaving customers to assume the others are unethical. However, Triodos is different. Its main purpose seems to be to use money to support ethical projects and it tries hard to keep you informed as to what your money is being used to support. In so doing it gives customers a real feeling of contributing to work which brings hope in a world where so much seems to be going wrong. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023
