Bad in every respect

Business account, they got rid of personal bankers, who organized things for you. We now have a phone line that is never answered by staff who don’t have a clue about my business Mortgage, had to repeatedly explain that what they were telling me re my mortgage was wrong. Put in a complaint, the complaints person said I was wrong. The next day I phone to pay off my mortgage and close the account because I was so annoyed, to be told that I was correct and the previous Barclays staff were wrong. I closed my account anyway.
