Hounded relentlessly by phone and messages and emails

I was continually hounded for not paying amounts such as £10 at an extremely stressful time in my life plus bombarded with messages about the same and didn't know that I could ask them to stop doing this. They regularly had my blood pressure through the roof and I'm classed as a Priority customer bc of my mental and physical health! Can't wait to pay it off so I can be rid of them. It helps keep a track of everything in one app and provides offers that are tailored to yourself. Have already switched bank accounts and got £175 for free! Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 25th March 2023
