Review of the NatWest Group - Cora, Digital Assistant:

Not useful at all.

Royal Bank of Scotland let down customers. Cora is present as a tool to help people but ut's completely useless. The bank should hire agents (human beings), not robots. They cannot replace people. Cora did not help. Reviewed on: 25th March 2023
