I have trusted Triodos with my money for many years...

I have trusted Triodos with my money for many years now. It’s so wonderful to know that it is only being used to fund ethical practices and companies. It makes me happy to know I’m doing my bit to improve the lives of people and the planet, however small. On the rare occasion I’ve needed to contact them with an issue, they’ve always been fantastic, friendly and efficient. Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Can’t praise them highly enough

So glad to have found a bank that echoes my ethical values so completely. They are upfront and open about where my money will be invested. I am proud to know my money is doing some good in a world where there seems to be a lack of positivity. The opportunity to invest and save ethically should be shouted from the rooftops. There is another way and for me it’s Triodos every time. I have rarely needed to contact customer services as problems simply haven’t arisen but when I have done they are always super friendly and helpful. Can’t praise them highly enough! Trust my money is in good hands and benefits the planet

Great bank where you know your money is investing only in ethical companies and projects, so there is benefit to the planet and people rather than huge corporations such as those involved in fossil fuels. Interest rates are competitive but that’s not the most important thing, their ethical credentials are the best! They’ve always been super helpful when I’ve contacted customer service too. Value for me is not just in pounds and pence

Value for me is not just in pounds and pence, it is knowing that my money is making a difference and being invested in projects and businesses that do good, socially, culturally and environmentally. Communication from Triodos is excellent, so I know exactly what my money is doing while they are looking after it for me. I can't rate them highly enough. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

Can't fault Triodos.

Can't fault Triodos. Staff are really friendly and helpful on the extremely rare occasion I need to deal with something that I can't purely by using the website on my own. Ethical practices are brilliant and customers are kept informed exactly where our money is being invested by occasional newsletters, which I actually read and find interesting! (Can't be said of some others I get sent.) Can't recommend highly enough. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
