I was hesitant to use an online broker because I’ve always preferred to use a physical broker to visit face to face. Throughout this process, the broker clearly explained to pros and cons to various products and mentioned if a better deal arises before my renewal is up they’d be in touch. Mojo got in touch multiple times and I’ve ended up saving .4% on my original product. Mojo are transparent and although it did initially feel wrong dealing with this over the phone, I won’t look to use another broker from here on out because of their exceptional service!
