Outstanding Customer service

As the title suggests the customer service is amazing. They get back to you quickly and are very friendly. The only reason for 4 stars is I had to do a bit more leg work then I expected but to be fair they are my debts but I would have liked to get things rolling a bit quicker and with a little more assistance. On the whole though I would strongly recommend Payplan as just based on customer service they are the top Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Great so far

My experience has been great so far with Varooma, I had a late payment and was so worried they would charge excessive fees but they just changed the date to when I could pay. I find them to be a very human service rather than just robotic as a lot of other companies in this industry seem to be. Reviewed on: 31st May 2018
