Cora doesn't work.

It takes me at least 4-9 attempts to connect to their digital assistant - the only way now that NatWest allows customers to communicate with them outside of Twitter. I have been in their queue waiting for someone to help with the switcher service (as this requires a human) for a collective 20 hours of opening time. Ridiculous, especially as this is the route to take when combatting fraud. Reviewed on: 28th March 2023
