We need Customer Service more than ever. I feel that the corporations have too many smatarse slick ways of diverting problems away to help reduce their staff.

I love my card when I am travelling BUT to top up the card when at home is a nightmare. The Website is badly designed. Instead of having a heading saying ' download money from you back into the Passport account' you have to search and never get there. Sad and frustrating such a good company now getting a bad name.
