Complaint about 'online banking notice getting better and better

Cora cant answer my questions 10/10 times I have to repeat the question many times before I get an agent that cant answer my question and disappears because he doesnt know the answer. It is very frustrating. Not to be able to talk to you. Dont you want feed back on this system that directs you to do something that doesnt work??? Reviewed on: 29th March 2023
