Please I'm begging you Don't open an account with tide I promise you you will regret it..

Please I'm begging you Don't open an account with tide they are ruthless .... I have written a review regarding tide how they freeze everybody's account when you have a few thousand pounds in it. My account was finally open after going through hell with them, now my son is going through hell with them his account is frozen over a month he sent every document they wanted but they are playing the same trick they keep on asking again and again for the same documents and some auto reply game asking him to please send over again and again nobody even sees your reply. this is the same trick they do with everybody they open your account wait until you have a few thousand pounds in the account and then they freeze it so like this they have your money they can play with it and they are guaranteed the money is theirs as your account is frozen so you cannot take the money out. They're doing this to everybody again and again so they have millions of pounds to play with your and other peoples money and nobody can take the money out so the money is guaranteed to stay in there pocket to make money off your money. They are the worst bank possible they don't care for nobody they are ruthless 21-03-23. 8:50am Thanks for your reply, I'm sorry there is no reason in the world it should take over a month to unfreeze an account if you really care. I have seen my son's corresponded with you it's a proper joke your auto reply is requesting the same stuff again and again if you do care are you would make sure to acknowledge the document you received and if you do need any other document you would personally request it not just request the same thing time and time again and as I wrote in my other replies you don't care it is all auto reply so I do not believe customer service is your priority, your priority is to take people's money freeze their accounts and then use that money to make yourself wealthy, while people are struggling and crying as you put their business on hold it is extremely ruthless and wrong the way you conduct your business. 23-03-23 at 1pm my son checked his account it was finally reactivated of course with NO apology, but at least he can continue with his business.. Tide has to change big time YOU CAN'T FREEZE ACCOUNTS and if you have any transaction questions give a bit time to communicate and a way to communicate Please put your self in your customers shoes people are strugggggggling to survive life is hard enough don't add more stress 30-03-23 7:25 am welcome back to the same old game with tide, looks like they need money to play with, again my account is frozen of course no reason no communication same old game, PLEASE DON'T OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM ... THEY ARE RUTHLESS. It's really amazing to watch the 1 star feedback growing it's already 17% of people on trustpilot who are going thought hell with them, It really paints a clear picture who tide is and how ruthless they conduct there daily business Reviewed on: 30th March 2023
