Always a warm welcome

Must say as a regular ‘in branch’ customer at the Congleton branch, the staff greet you with a genuine smile & hello, they’re most knowledgeable with different services & products they offer, most of all they are friendly, professional, have discretion when needed & present very smart appearance within the branch. After experiencing some ‘on line ‘ experiences with other building societies, decided to return to in branch services & accounts, as I feel I have more confidence with whom I’m dealing with & a much more personal approach which matters to me 200%.
